    Hope Prince per4ms The Time’s “The Walk”, & “Gigolos Get Lonely Too” live someday.

    That would be COOL, since he wrote them both.

    It would be even cooler if Prince re-released “Gigolos Get Lonely Too”, this time in his own voice, as the lead, a new millennium version.

    Show these kids how it’s done, WHA HAAA!!!(Morris Day’s voice)

    listening to gill scott today reminded me of the last day he played there and i spoke to at the hall that day wishing i would have said so much, but wish i woulda went the thedakota that night maybe u did? my only regret ‘in this life’ is not doing, saying things with u even just as friends… it kills! but thanx to jah we DO have 4ever i hope ur back home.
    us we’re finally making our way back from the lowest ever. we r a small family like ruth and naomi, but we’re sympatico not all parents get that. i am very blessed he came home with ur phase one cd, and sang in his best sylistics voice “prince is everything and everything is prince” hahaha u had to be there. my sweet metalica rage against the machine my morning jacket strand of oaks “I had ur sweet tunes to play” young man.

    It’s also streaming on Apple Music and available to buy on iTunes. I guess he’s given up on the tidal only idea. I didn’t think that would last!

    Don’t like any song on the Phase 2 collection. The only song that I have a second listen to was REVELATION but even then it’s 3 minutes too short and the ending distorted talk is lame. I’ll never listen to this album again. The music is too plodding, mediocre, boring. From the playing to the arrangement and production, I’m absolutely bored.

    This “Tidal” nonsense, coupled with the travesty of Phase I of HitnRun has culminated in this being the first album by Prince that I’m downloading illegally.

    If it’s released on iTunes then I will stump up the cash happily.

    It’s a significantly better album than Phase I

    REVELATION sounds like Elixer on steroids….definite banger…baby makin music
    Big City – high energy.

    the rest is history, a definite landmark album..Al Green touches here & thurr

    Prince went organic on this one, instead of using a bunch of effects, he himself is the effect….that’s a real musician

    gave me that same feeling I felt when I 1st heard him as a kidd, in the late 70’s..

    has that “For You” “Prince” feel to it…but modern day…

    you hear Prince on this one…who he really is

    this is a true Prince album, a Prince as himself Prince, Prince album..

    not a Princeless album, but a priceless album 4-sho..

    I’m kool now.. a cup of hot cocoa..whenever it gets cold here in Texas..

    Pickup this new Parliament album bout to come out soon, & I’m str8 for a decade..

    Prince can make horrible albums for the next 20 years, I wouldn’t care, this it, he can close the book..
