M Walker also had this to say about show 1: Beyond remarkable! Never disappointed! COMPLETELY worth every penny and the 4 hours queue!
Lianne La Havas guested on the first show as far as we know and Marcus Anderson played sax to "777-9311", his first time playing it with PRINCE & 3RDEYEGIRL. We got a taste of what it sound like last month in Los Angeles.
Gil Deker had this to say about the first show:
Got a first balcony spot with great sight. Set list tonight was great and diversed. Highlights for me were "Something In The Water", "FUNKNROLL" "PLECTRUMELECTRUM" and "Sign O The Times". Prince played killer guitar and bass! Great show overall. Sound was better at King's.
PRINCE & 3RDEYEGIRL threw the ultimate pajama party at Paisley Park this morning complete with TWO performances, "The Breakfast Experience" remixes, the "Breakfast Can Wait" video AND...yes...pancakes were indeed served!
The night started as a dance party and then Dani Curiel came out to talk about the video "Breakfast Can Wait" with the choreographers in attendance with her as well. The video was played along with the behind the scenes video that was shown after like it was at Monday's party in Hollywood. They did play at least 4 remixes from "The Breakfast Experience" remixed by Joshua Welton.
The pancakes were being sold for $1.00
Then 3RDEYEGIRL took the stage with this musician named PRINCE. You guys hear of him?
PRINCE & 3rdEyeGirl took over Tempe tonight and were joined by funk and bass legend Larry Graham!

PRINCE & 3rdEyeGirl brought the Live Out Loud Tour to The Joint In Las Vegas and the Strip didn't know what it was in for.
The Joint in Las Vegas was the largest venue that was being played on 3rdEyeGirl's "Live Out Loud" tour, holding roughly about 4,000 people.
There were fans from all over the United States at the shows including Holland, Australia, Japan, and Spain, lining up early and conversing with other fans around the world.
3rdEyeGirl with PRINCE took the stage at the first show on Friday around 8:15 or so. They kicked it off with the "Let's go Crazy" (reloaded version) that includes "Frankenstein" in it. PRINCE came out with energy as high as fro and brought in Donna Grantis for blistering solo's. If this is the show I am in for, I thought, I'm going to be crazy happy.
