Sade has a busy schedule today to promote the release of her new album, Soldier of Love.

She started off the morning with a performance on the Today Show. Then she’s off to BET to perform on 106 & Park. Finally, she’ll perform on tonight’s Late Show with David Letterman.

Hopefully we’ll get some interview time too. Speaking of interviews, Sade sat down with the New York Times recently (good stuff!).

The new Sade CD “Soldier Of Love” is officially out today and please do us a favor;  buy it. 

Straight up, real music needs to supported.  Also it’s pretty good and you might get lucky. 

I am not saying you are going to get some good loving because you buy the new Sade CD but Valentine’s is coming up and Sade has gotten many a men ass he so did not deserve.

Sade had her listening party in New York yesterday and she made an appearance there as well. 

For those lucky to hear new music by Sade, they were loving it.  No word on the length of the CD, although I am hoping it is longer than “Lovers Rock” which clocked in at under 50 minutes.

Here is the brand new song by Sade entitled “Soldier of Love” and it is something to keep you warm in these cold cold months.

I am digging it. It sounds fresh and different.

Soldier Of Love” which Sade co-produced with Mike Pela, was written by Sade along with longtime collaborators Andrew Hale, Stuart Matthewman and Paul Spencer Denman. The track, featuring a pulsating and anthemic drum beat along with haunting vocals that Sade is known for, is also set to debut at radio December 8(th) and will kick off the countdown for “Soldier of Love”.
