11 Feb The Judges Mess Up The Top 36

The final cuts are here. This year they are taking the top 36 instead of the Top 24. Why they are doing that, I have no idea, but I guess they are making changes. Maybe they are trying to finally bring life into the show. The second change is they are doing sing-offs for the final round. They take two people they are not sure about, they both sing a song on the spot, and the judges choose one. I have to say, I like this change. Makes it more interesting to watch. It actually added tention throughout the round.

My problem is that I think some people got in because they were entertaining and not because they decerve it. With that, some did not make it that clearly should have (Jamar). It’s either that, or the judges are going stupid and not doing what should be done. Tell me this American Idol, why does Jamar not make it, and someone like Alex Trugman does. Don’t get me wrong, I like Alex, but you can’t tell me that Jamar was worse than all the people that made it through. Does AI read this? Most likely not, but I chalenge anyone to tell me why something like that happened.

I’m upset now, so I’m gonna go do something relaxing. More changes next week, we’ll talk about those then. Until that happens, here is a lost of your top 18 boys:
