The Last Jam of 2009:
11 P.M. THIS Saturday night at Paisley Park, you have to be there! Admission is…$40 at the door. (cash only.)
Also going on for the night is Love 4 One Another charities will be hosting a coat drive before the show. Please bring new/gently used coats, gloves, and scarves to help those around Purpletown who could use a little warmth. They are also accepting canned and boxed goods and bottled water.
They say… Ur gift of warmth is xtra cool.. c u Saturday!
This event sounds too cool even in the Minnesota snow!
Also, I was told that members of Prince’s official web site: LOTUSFLOW3R.com should check the site later tonight, October 22nd for special member ticket info!

Now back to being insomniac at 02.15 AM in Amsterdam. Me and my nice Northface jacket are going around the corner and make a walk in the Red Light District – where there are enough homeless people hanging around who could use a coat. No bottled water, Amsterdam tapwater is perfectly fine.
Now I wish I still lived in MPLS. OMG I wish I could go!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmmmm, roundtrip ticket from LAX to MPLS is only $185!! Let’s see.. fly into MPLS Sat afternoon, take rental car to Perkins for a nice big meal, get to Paisley, party all night. Hop back into the rental and head to the airport. Get on the plane after breakfast, and it’s back to LA where you can sleep the whole way…. DAAAAAAAMN that’s so doable!! Too bad I have a family and kids and responsibilities now! LOL Someone has to do this!!! DOC, please you gotta go!

The concert on Saturday was incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was in a playful mood and had the whole crowd dancing all night long. Larry Grham funked it up for a few songs. He is a bass master! Bria Valente were there. She is so fine, its impossible to describe! You have to see her in person, pictures dont do justice. She wore a black dress w pink flower in her hair. Prince gave her some shout outs during the show. He said “Bria can you crowd surf I need someone to dance with”. He went to talk to her during Shelbys version of “Angel”. (Shelby is a powerhouse!) The chemistry between the two is strong, they are definately much more than friends
Forever in my life was the highlight of the night for me, it went on for ten minutes and we loved every minute of it. Prince shut it down, i will never forget this night EVER!
