I don’t find her comment very believable about people being mistaken that she is “artificial and attention-seeking”. She is most definitely the latter – she starts out the interview saying she always wanted to be a star.
She should probably do more interviews like this – seeing/hearing her talk makes her appear more human and not so distant and aloof as she does sometimes when photographed in her crazy clothing.
The comment about her Dad thinking she might be unstable is priceless.

Gaga seemed fairly honest, and most sincere when talking about her Dad. I think she’s interesting as hell
