Lady Gaga & Tony Bennett did an interview and performance on "The Colbert Report" with Stephen Colbert last night.
Check out the performance from "Cheek To Cheek" above.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Remember when all Gaga performances were a "must see"? This is what happens when you appear on every single show. Granted, this was her first time on Colbert, but she has been everywhere for over a year. I dig the Liza Minelli look but we need to miss you for a little bit.
Our photo of the moment is of Lady Gaga out and about her New York Apartment.
We all sip tea out of a Versace cup right?-DocFB
Diagnosis: Gaga is in the midst of performing multiple shows at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City. These will be the venues final shows.
The people who thought Lady Gaga was broke with all her costumes and elaborate stage during her last tour were right. She was broke!
"I had 3 million dollars in the bank to my name and I threw it all in to make my stage. So I was bankrupt during the show."
Gaga made the comments during an EPIX documentary set to debut on the network later this year entitles "Who The F--- Is Arthur Fogel?"
"I remember I went home and I was with my dad and he said, 'I don't understand. 'Bad Romance' is out. You are all over the radio. Everyone is talking about you and you don't have a pot to piss in.' I said, 'Just let me do this. Let me just put it on the stage because I think if I can do this I can get Arthur Fogel's attention.' And I did."
"I remember he called me and he said, 'We want to do this.' And he got Live Nation to write me a $40 million check. And it changed my life and the life of my whole family."-DocFB
Diagnosis: From $3 million to $40 million to how much now????
Jimmy Fallon is making sure his first week as host of the Tonight Show is must see TV with appearances by Will Smith, U2, Lady Gaga, Michelle Obama, Arcade Fire, and now Justin Timberlake!
Will we see another "History Of Rap" on the show? We can't just see Justin being interviewed or just a musical performance. We see both and maybe a skit as well.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Fallon bringing it to the Tonight Show
After hiding out and only attending a Britney Spears show recently, Lady Gaga is set to return to TV appearing on the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon Tuesday February 18th.
It was 2 months ago where she appeared on "The Voice" performing "Do What U Want" with Christina Aguilera. Gaga was channeling Liza Minnelli with her performance.
Artpop has been dragged through the mud and Gaga with it. We were saying all last year that Gaga should not release "ArtPop" until 2014 and to take more time putting it out. Seems we were right.-DocFB
Diagnosis: We have a feeling the Fallon appearance will be her relaunch of trying to promote "ArtPop" in the way it should have been from the start and also her upcoming tour.
Britney Spears performed this past Saturday for her Las Vegas run of shows at Planet Hollywood and Lady Gaga was there to check out her show.
She ended up backstage to take a photo with Britney.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Note: Britney was wearing her stage make up and Gaga was just wearing her regular make-up(?)
Madonna and Lady Gaga have grossed the most money in 2013 of musicians. Madonna pulled in $45 million more than Gaga to be crowned top money making musician of 2013.
Madonna made $125 million in 2013 based mostly on her MDNA tour which grossed $305 million last year, tour merchandise, her Material Girl clothing line and her Truth Or Dare perfume.
Lady Gaga pulled in $80 million, $160 million pulled in by her last tour. If she was able to finish her tour before suffering a hip injury, she would have grossed $200 million but still falling short of number one held by Madonna.
1. Madonna $125 Million
2. Lady Gaga $80 Million
3. Bon Jovi $79 Million
4. Toby Keith $65 Million
5. Coldplay $64 Million
All of the top 5 money makers have been touring which is where a tremendous majority of their money has come from.
