We knew this story had more holes in it than a golf course.  Yes, I said it.

So, I'm sure by now you guys saw the story posted about Whitney Houston being banned from Prince shows and attending several although on my Twitter Account I said it was 2 shows....

Well, Prince and his camp reached out to us to say this:

"Whitney Houston is always welcome at Prince shows 4 all of eternity. Seeing her at 2 shows at The Forum in LA was a treat, especially when she sang with Chaka Khan and danced with Prince during his set. We love her always."

And there you have it.  Whitney is not banned....and welcome for all eternity.-Dr.FB

  1. Once again Prince shows how cool he is and when it’s natural that’s funky.

  2. Now this is what I talking about! I knew Prince was not the bad guy TMZ try to make him out to be. Thanks Doc for posting “The Truth”!!!!!

  3. looks like tmz finally updated their report but not after stalling for a day making sure they got hits and further damaging her reputation. This story doesn’t even make sense. Whitney said she wants to work with prince in her instyle mag interview last year
youtube whitney singing iwaly at the world music award and watch prince close his eyes and zone out to her. he loves her there is no way he would do this.

she made over $40mil last year from her tour, she produced The Princess Diaries I and II movies and The Cheetah Girls, i’m sure she is still getting residuals from that and her cd sold 2.5mil worldwide and she still has her $100mil recording contract with Arista so i doubt she can’t afford to pay for tickets to see him. Just F*cked Up TMZ!

Thanks drfrankenberry for clearing this up

  4. Thanks for clearing things up Doc … this story was on my local radio station & this station had clearly got their report straight from TMZ … I understand that there is a little truth in every lie … but this story was snow-balling into something that was not good … I wish Whitney Houston well & kudos to Prince & his staff for responding.

    Peace

  5. I agree with everyone! F*** TMZ!

  6. The media has been trying 2 turn anything good 2 bad with this tour from the beginning. Like with Kim Kardashian then with the man that lied and said they were fighting over Prince guitar. Now Whitney.Prince & Whitney on stage together was beautiful. The media reports are bringing audiences 2 c Prince in droves……So keep making up scandalous stories…

  7. Bad celebrity to be seen with, bad.

I mean, she’s going into rehab for alcohol, which she was obviously enjoying at the show… Prince… c’mon.

  8. Very nice to see Prince and the Forum supportive of Whitney- nobody should judge til you’ve walked in her shoes or the shoes of someone who is familiar with her situation. Whitney Houston entertained us for a long time- cut her a break- this internet mentality is brutal and not healthy-
So easy for people to hate on others- •Gratitude• – everyone go pick up the Earth Wind And Fire album and give it a listen… <3

  9. Prince has always been seen as a gentleman at all his concerts. He’s an entertainer that reaches out to his audience. Plain and simple he’s one of America’s gem.
Whitney, our sister is having a personal problem that many people including me, is Praying she gets better. And learns the way to stay intune with her own life and family.
Too bad the media lives for bad news, instead of the good.
People will believe a lie faster than the truth.

  10. That Dr. F, always reporting on the celebs with kindness…making the world a healthier place as all doctors should. :)

  11. Good news! I’m glad Prince wasn’t being a meanie after all.

  12. It was great seeing her having such a fun time at the shows wth her daughter.. Sad about the recent turn of events though.. Get Better Whitney!!
