TMZ caught up with Jay Leno Sunday night and asked if he talked to Conan since he left “The Tonight Show” and about David Letterman’s attacks on Jay lately.

As they await the toxicology reports, Brittany Murphy’s husband and mom say that her death had nothing to do with drugs.

They believe her death was caused by natural causes.   There was a report of about 10 medications prescribed to Brittany but Simon says most of those were his. 

Sharon Murphy said her daughter would not even drink on New Year’s Eve or take too much caffeine and had a fear of dying.  

Simon Monjack said he is thinking of suing TMZ for the release of the prescription medication as well as the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office for selling TMZ that information.

There will be a public memorial planned for the end of February, and hopefully the toxicology reports will be back by then.

Tiger Woods. File Photo

When this announcement from TigerWoods.comcame on Friday, it sent shock waves through the golf and sports world;

I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I’ve done, but I want to do my best to try.

I would like to ask everyone, including my fans, the good people at my foundation, business partners, the PGA Tour, and my fellow competitors, for their understanding. What’s most important now is that my family has the time, privacy, and safe haven we will need for personal healing.

After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person.

Again, I ask for privacy for my family and I am especially grateful for all those who have offered compassion and concern during this difficult period.

First, he admits to his indiscretions, no matter if it was 1 woman or 100 women, and it might be closer to that 200.  But the leave of from the world of golf, is the big thing.  The PGA is going to hurt.  The ones who paid to air golf events or sponsor those events are going to hurt without Tiger Woods there.  Face it, the ratings are just not going to be there.

We all know the story, before Thanksgiving of this year, Tiger Woods was Mr. Clean, the hero of millions world-wide.  Then it seemed like the 12 days of Christmas, where instead of a gift, it seems like another woman would come forward to claim she got a hole in one with Tiger Woods.  TMZ covered Tiger Woods the past 3 weeks more than they ever did in their existence.  In fact, so did I, and every other blog site. 

 To ESPN’s credit, until that voice mail leaked, they went with the car accident story the entire time.  Why?  They know how much Tiger Woods means to them.  ESPN of late had turned into a sports version of TMZ but they wanted nothing to do with the Tiger scandal until they could not ignore it anymore. 

This is why Tiger’s move to take a “hiatus” is so smart on his part.  Whether he can fix his marriage or not, and can you really after getting it on with more than  a dozen women, people are going to back off of him.  It comes to the whole he has admitted what he did and apologized so leave him alone.  It turns him into the victim in all of this.  Brilliant move. 

I take no pride in writing about Tiger Woods and his affair, even though we wrote about the story before the TMZ’s of the world caught on.  Yes, I made Tiger jokes.  Everyone did.  Sometimes, the private lives of a celebrities, albeit movies, music, and sports, become public foddle and it is times like this I do a gut check of what I do and just how scandalous I want to become.  It is the line of being a blogger and a reporter of reporting news or sticking with gossip.  Sometimes, the gossip becomes the news and it was in this case.

The golfers who were criticizing Tiger will now see how life was like in the golf world before Tiger.  Gone will be the coverage.  Gone the nice things that went along with Tiger being on the circuit.  Only one player could have this effect on a sport and it is Tiger Woods.  The NBA suffered a huge loss when Michael Jordan left the Chicago Bulls, but they had Shaq, Kobe, Wade, and Lebron save them rather quickly. 

The golf world will not lose Tiger for that long and I will be shocked if he is not back for the Masters in April, but the press release of  the hiatus, and with no real return known, Tiger is taking his clubs and going home.  Now, if only Tiger’s woman could disappear, the coverage would fully stop.-Dr.FB

Ryan Seacrest File Photo

Ryan Seacrest a few weeks back had a stalker follow him and seriously injured one of his bodyguards.  Less then a week later, the stalker showed up to where Ryan works at the E! building on Wilshire.  He was apprehended and arrested.  Turns out he was a lean mean killing machine that was serving in the U.S. Army.

So why didn’t we hear about it on this web site?  Plain and simple, some stalkers are looking for attention for what they do.  TMZ and other web sites were posting the stalkers photo and his name, basically bringing him the attention he may have been seeking from Ryan Seacrest and the media. 

Back in the 90’s, a woman broke into Brad Pitts house and would wear his clothes and was caught on camera.  She was arrested but soon after, because it was a so-called “hot” woman, she was appearing on TV shows and even had a web site promoting her and had an agent.  All of this fed into attention for her and celebrity. 

There are several stalkers of celebs.  The most recent one is Justin Timberlake.  The situation is scary but I feel by reporting on it and by reporting the name of the individual and giving him attention, you are giving him exactly what he wanted. 

I know in the end, I may have caused myself to lose several thousands of hits, and who knows how many page views, but I know in my heart,  I did the right thing.  I do try to keep you guys informed in the latest juice and all that is going on, but I could not write about in good conscious and I do really feel a lot of the media and other blog sites gave Ryan’s stalker exactly what he wanted and I refused to do that.-Dr.FB

The photos above are from TMZ.  They were posted on November 8th without a photo credit and are of Michael Jackson’s tomb.

It appears the photos were from Karen Faye, a longtime Jackson employee, who did Michael Jackson’s make-up and is very friendly with MJ’s brother Randy Jackson.

Some people are led to believe that TMZ swiped these photos from Karen’s Face book page.  However, if that were true, the photos would have been taken down by now or a credit would have been given as they have posted info from Face book accounts before.  TMZ is too smart to swipe photos people.

Drfunkenberry.com has learned exclusively (Not exclusively as TMZ knows how much they paid) that TMZ paid over $100,000 for the photos.

TMZ has a policy of when paying for photos that it has to be the person who took the photos in the first place to be paid.  They are not going to swipe photos from a facebook account or take them from someone second hand. 

 So, it had to be the person who took the photos, Karen Faye, or say someone close to Karen, such as Randy Jackson.  You have to sign the agreement with TMZ as they now become the owners of the photos, so no photo credit is needed.

I am told that Karen took mementos from fans that were sent in as she sent out a message weeks prior that  that she would be going to Michael’s  grave site and would put what fans sent in around his tomb.  The photos were posted on Karen’s face book page a few weeks ago and ended up on TMZ Sunday.

It’s interesting because if Karen wasn’t paid and since she is the owner of the photos, why are they still on TMZ?  She is trying to make it sound like someone swiped the photos and gave them to TMZ but that is not the case.

I think it is highly WRONG that you are posting private photos of his tomb in the first place, weather on a face book account or not.  Then to turn around and make a profit off of them when you say youwere posting  it “for the fans” as you say, it just straight up unprofessional as a former employee and someone who claims to do Michael right.

Now, if any of this information is not true, you can contact me and prove otherwise. TMZ, if posting these photos with your watermark is wrong and want it taken down, you can contact me as well.  TMZ owns the photos hence why the watermark is there and why Karen is not making a stink for the photos to be taken down or even taken off her face book page.

Corey Feldman’s hot wife Susannah Feldman has filed for divorce. Why? She finally realised she was married to Corey Feldman! I kid. I kid.

They have been married for 7 years which is forever in Hollywood but you knew it would happen soon as they started doing a reality show. They have a 5 year old kid named Zen. Wow. Did I never see the kid on their show or what?  She is seeking sole custody of Zen.

I thought they looked good together n were sweet but I don’t know. Corey just seems like major drama, the kind of drama I try to avoid. Last time I saw Corey was at MJ’s funeral where he dressed as Michael…and we all wore suits. Doh!

TMZ is reporting on a star of Lady Gaga’s videos found dead.  Sounds interesting right?  It’s a dog.

Paul Anka File Photo

Paul Anka is going to get half of the publishing royalties to the new old song by Michael Jackson “This Is It” and Sony looks like idiots.

As reported by TMZ (see how easy it is to give credit TMZ?) Paul will get the 50 percent and the agreement was reach by Michael Jackson’s estate.

As an added bonus of class…ahem…..John McClain told Paul Anka, “Now we know why the song was so good … it wasn’t the type of Michael Jackson song that he could write.” That was not the original quote that was changed but I will leave it as is.

Yea, kick him while he is dead. Classy. Real classy.  That’s the co-executor of Michael Jackson’s Estate. Either kissing Paul Anka’s backside or showing his true colors?

I am little peeved when I look at TMZ and I see 2 stories on their front page that were here 1st. One of them the Michael Jackson song not being original and then the 2nd being the Obama poll of if he really deserved the Nobel Peace Prize.

Here is TMZ’s This Is It story posted 1:58 Eastern Time this afternoon, a full 12 hours later. They were able to talk to Paul Anka, who I did advise wrote the song with Michael, but, let’s be real, TMZ is more connected then me. But to say they were first with the story is straight douchey.

The reason I bring up the Obama poll with the Michael Jackson story is that they were right after each other, kind of like you went to someone’s site and read it there and said, hey that’s a good idea, let’s take it but add to it and call it our exclusive. Same material ends up on each other’s site but don’t claim something as an exclusive if it is not is all.

Straight up, I have sent news items to TMZ several times to either never get credited or the story not used. I did not send the MJ story in because of that.

I am not asking for much but to be listed on the blog roll of the web site. The raiders fan page is on TMZ’s blog roll for crying out loud.

TMZ, Harvey, whoever, I always credit you on sources, and stop being like cabbage-head Perez Hitler Hilton and swiping stories and not giving credit because the site is not as big as yours.

It’s lame. A little integrity never hurt anyone.  I hope you do the right thing. You have gotten Anka’s side on the story but don’t act like you posted the songs first.
