11 Oct Prince Recording, Opus Arrives, &……….Y
We hear Prince has been in the recording studio lately. These rumors put him recording at his studios in Minneapolis, Paisley Park, and also in Hollywood recently.
We do not know if he is recording for himself or someone else but we will share that with you shortly.
Remember in April of 2009, of a Prince Opus book for $2,100? We sure do and 2 and a half years later, the first book has arrived! It was to be a limited edition of 950 books.
Thanks ot brad for sending us this; here is the guy who ordered it sharing it with the world;
Now what about the Coachella DVD? (Crickets chirping.)
OK, now back to Prince recording. Andy Allo, who Prince has taken a musical liking..and perhaps other likings to. Andy posted on her Facebook Fan Page about waking up next to a 1973 Fender Stratocaster next to her. We can only guess who put it there.
This is where it gets interesting. We were given a tip from an unnamed source over the weekend of Paisley Park filing for a new trademark at the end of September. Paisley Park as we stated earlier is his studios and what he does business under.
The trademark? &Y. Get it? &Y. & being the short version of And and the letter Y. Put it together and you have &Y which is Andy. Ahh Prince. Only you.
So are he and &Y….I mean Andy recording together? Only time will tell but that trademark listing for Entertainment, Live, and Musical Performances is sure interesting.-DocFB

I FOUND THIS ON A FREELOAFING DOWNLOAD SITE HOW F____ing CHEEZY
this person wrote this since they have to buy an original from 3rd eye, THIS IS WHY I HATE DOWNLOADS
($3.52 is way too much to spend on Prince now, so I’ll just wait for the torrent to show up somewhere. I’m proud to say that I haven’t spent a dime on Prince since 2006 and never will again. 7 guilt-free years of free music from the little guy with the Napoleon complex, and I’m loving it. )
and people on ioffer sell downloads on cdr copys for big money
like prince88 on ioffer and revolution from ioffer $25 for a copy dvdr these people should be stopped ioffer should be shut down supporting bootleggers, 100s of cdr dvdr even of vanity and associated artist

@Modernaire. Apologies – I wasn’t calling you lame. This story is lame, barely worth the effort to comment.

Of course it exists, but some of those tracks you’ve heard probably don’t exist, most of them. The tapes were erased, lost, etc and only exist in what you hear. And there is a chance that they do, but there is a strong possibility that they don’t. And yes, The Vault is a fan carrot… he’s not going to release nasty works… and its probably has so much work on the other hand that it would take years and Prince would have to BE present to be sure those Vault tracks don’t get stolen or leaked. And he’s not going to let a veteran mastering engineer at them either, HE’s going to do the “remastering”.
What part of all that I said was lame, its pretty accurate assessment. Counter it.
