D’Angelo, who was arrested for soliciting a female officer over the weekend for a $40 blow n go, is pleading not guilty to the charge.

He released a statement saying: “allow the American justice system to resolve the matter before jumping to any conclusions.”

It’s interesting.  How can we jump to conclusions D?  Were you actually trying to order a big mac from an officer at 2:30 in the morning and she thought you said a blowjob?   Hmm.

The “Brown Sugar” singer was found to have $12 grand in his Range Rover at the time of arrest.

How does it feel?  D’angelo got busted late last night in the West Village of New York trying to pick up a prostitute who actually turned out to be a cop.

He offered the cop $ 40 bucks for a BJ and was then arrested.

Michael Archer, D’angelo’s real name, car was searched, an expensive Range Rover that had $12 grand inside.

D’angelo was busted in 2005 in his home state of Virginia for driving without a license and being under the influence.

It seems the man in recent years is having more hits on his record then on any chart.  What a waste of talent.-Dr.FB

We have heard this before though, but it seems more true, and not just because TMZ, who would NEVER pay anyone for this kind of information, is saying it’s going to happen soon.

So much for Celeb Rehab with Dr. Drew working!  Andy Dick was arrested in West Virginia this weekend.

He was arrested for 2 counts of sexual abuse, for grabbing men’s genitalia at a comedy club.  One of the people who’s body parts he grabbed was a bouncer for the club and shortly after, a club goer. 

The cops were called and Dick was booked.  He was in Huntington, West Virginia for some comedy shows.  He has since been released.  The 44 year old comedian has not released a statement regarding this incident.-Dr.FB

Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen, Colorado for domestic violence.   It happened early Friday morning as a 911 call was placed and the actor was arrested for star for “felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief,” which is a misdemeanor.

The person who placed the call was Brooke Mueller, Charlie wife.  Sheen posted $8,500 in bail and has been released.  Brooke said Charlie hit her, but Charlie is saying that she was the aggressor and was just trying to fight here off. 

Law officers visited Brooke while Charlie was in jail and had Brooke take a breathalyzer test and she was legally drunk, posting a 1.3 compared to Charlie’s .04.   While visiting with Brooke, she said the charge was “PHONY”  but police will still pursue the case.

The police tried talking with Brooke again today but she is now refusing to talk with them.  The police said they usually follow a procedure filing paperwork against someone who files a false report.

Charlie Sheen’s people released this statement: “Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.”

Charlie Sheen’s court date has been set for Feb. 8th, 2010.-Dr.FB

The photo above was taken just hours before Mary Phillips was arrested at the Sunset Plaza shortly after 1:30  A.M.  She was not driving drunk but was acting drunk in public.  Nobody could get her a room at the Plaza?

Mary Phillips is Jessica’s make-up artist and was partying with Jess’s hairstylist Ken Paves along with Jessica as well.  Details are sketchy as to what happened and if Jessica Simpson wants to give her side of the story, that is what I will report.

Katt Williams File Photo

Katt Williams is back in the news again. The comedian was arrested at a Wal-Mart earlier this week in the parking lot.  Someone said that Williams or one of his entourage whipped out a shotgun at that Wal-Mart.  The charge was not true which was found after Williams was detained.

The other arrest stemmed from a burglary charge from early November.  Katt was not having this many issues when he lived in Woodland Hills, California.  Just saying.-Dr.FB

Mike Tyson was arrested last night at LAX following him punching a pap who he felt was getting too close to his daughter and wife.  Friends of the pap said that he was taking his photo and nothing else, not getting to close and he just went off.

Bystanders are confirming both stories so it is going to make it complicated.  One thing is the pap was bleeding big time when being taken away from the scene to a local hospital. 

Tyson has been arrested for battery charges. Tyson’s reps are saying that he was protecting his 10 month old daughter and acted in self defense.

Have you ever had a guest in your home that took something from you?  What if that guest was Katt Williams, the pimpin’ pimpin comedian?

Katt Williams was trying to break into the place he was staying at with a crowbar. He had been living at the residence for a month. He was booked and bail was set at $40,000 grand which has not been paid yet. 

The police say about $3,500 in jewelry was stolen but Williams lawyers are denying.  His lawyers says he wears more than that on a daily basis so why would he steal it?  Well, if you know Katt, that is kind of true.

If you all remember, last November, Katt was hospitalized after acting weird in public, showing up to a hotel wearing nothing but a robe saying that they were out to get them, but never saying who was out to get them.

One has to wonder if Katt’s obsession with pot plays into this at all.  I have some friends who get very paranoid after smoking that stuff.  Regardless of the situation, this is nothing like getting caught with a gun at the Burbank airport, which Katt did get caught with.  You really don’t want to be messing with those cops from the South Katt.

Roman Polanski was finally arrested for a sex charge that stemmed from 1977, 32 years ago.

The filmmaker had a sexual relationship with a 13 year old back in 1977.  He was charged with rape and in 1978, he fled and has been living in Paris ever since. He attended the Zurich Film Festival in Switzerland this weekend and U.S. officials made their move and help from Swiss officials. It is being reported that Roman was stunned when he got arrested thinking he would be protected under french law but was arrested before getting a lifetime achievement award at the festival.

U.S. officials want him to return to California to face charges but Polanski is doing everything he can to fight the arrest and charges.  If he does not agree to go to Los Angeles, the U.S. Justice department has 60 days to take him there and file a written request. Officials from his homeland of Poland and France where he lives are protesting him being held.

Polanski, is 76 years old and has had strange things follow him for his entire career. His wife at the time, Sharon Tate, was murdered at the Manson family house, and then arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel after a 13 year old girl said he raped her at Jack Nicholson’s Mulholland Drive house.

The girl, Samantha Geimer, reached an agreement with the director and forgave him publicily. It has not been good enough for the D.A.’s office however, and has been pursuing him ever since.
