Adam Lambert Arrested After “Fight” With Boyfriend

Pop star Adam Lambert was arrested in Finland after a skirmish with his boyfriend Sauli Koskinen. Contrary to other reports, the fight was small and there was no violence on Lambert's part.
After seeing the Daily Mail quote a blogger who shall remain nameless about what happened who wasn't there, we decided to take to Twitter and track down a few people who were in Finland and knew what really happened.
It does appear that Adam and Sauli were intoxicated and did fight outside a gay bar titled "Don't Tell Momma" early Thursday morning. Another couple tried to get involved to break it up and Adam swung at the woman, but the woman says Adam swung at her accidentally and did not do it intentionally. Adam was emotional and apologized to the woman. Keep in mind, these people who were involved know both Adam and Sauli. One Twitter user had more info than others so thank you to Illuxxia
It seems like it was more of a yelling match then say fisticuffs. It is a minor incident and was not violent, despite what that other dumb blogger says.
This is highly unlike Adam. It is not like Adam and I are BFF. However, I have seen him at several events in Los Angeles and he is always quite the gentleman. Taking time to talk to young fans and pose for pictures. He is friendly and down to earth. Always a thank you and a please when asking for things. Basically, a lot in Hollywood and former Idol winners could take a lesson from Adam.
As I stated before, this is not like Adam. Everyone has an off night and for Adam, this was a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Adam is coming off quite a successful year with his new single "Better Than I Know Myself" which is rising up the charts with a video to follow in January 2012. He rocked the Euro MTV Awards performing with Queen and is putting finishing touches on his next album "Trespassing" which will feature songs with Nikka Costa and Nile Rodgers. The album is due for release in March 2012 and we have a feeling tonight's actions will be barely remembered by then.

Update: Both Adam and Saulili have been released and were not charged and are downplaying everything.

You said it best, It isn’t like you and Adam are BFF’s… you don’t know what he’s like. If it was so minor why was he arrested? If it’s so NOT like adam, why did he do it?
Just report facts, keep you opinions out of it. Many are nice to fans and polite in public, but really… do we really know them?

Excuse me YOMAMA, did DrFunkenberry ever say he was BBF? No, but at least he gathered information from multiple sources that are much more reliable (Sauli himself) then the usual suspects making this incident into a much bigger story. IIRC DrFunkenberry has met Adam in person and blogs can have a opinions.

Dump – there is NO WAY Sauli is “ruining Adam’s career”. Most sane, rational fans LOVE Sauli and recognize that he is GOOD for Adam and makes Adam very happy. Adam has stated that on several occasions. Only the delusional Tommyberts Who want to believe there is a real love relationship between Adam and Tommy Joe Ratliff can’t accept the truth about who Adam loves: Sauli.

Shizz happens. The ONLY difference is that “regular people” can just kiss & make up, life back to normal. When you’re living in a fishbowl, it makes it VERY hard on love. No privacy.

@yomama He wasn’t “arrested”. He was detained. Why? Well it’s obvious if you take off your blinkers and think about it. Sauli and Adam were DRUNK!!!! They were making a lot of noise. That means they were drunk & disorderly. So they took them in to spend a few hours in a drunk tank. No big deal. What you should be asking, if you were fair, is if it was so MAJOR – like other idiot bloggers are saying – why are they both now happily back home & how come no charges have been laid and erm…. why is Adam still in the country and why did the Police say all through the incident that it was all very MINOR!!! Does that answer your question sweety?

I’m not going to pass judgment since I wasn’t there. When alcohol is involved sometimes ppl say and do silly things. I am wondering if Sauli is really the right partner for Adam it seems not the first time Sauli has been at a bar and flirts with other guys knowing it makes Adam jealous. I may be wrong but it’s not the fans business to butt in.

Adam and Sauli were NOT arrested they were detained. Please change that part of this review of the incident. By law if a person is arrested charges must be brought against them or it is an unlawful arrest and the person can bring charges against the police.

The story is false…the Finnish police stated this immediately when they simply took Adam and Sauli in for questioning…there were no charges…The paparazzis…including idiot Perez Hilton whipped together this false story to get headlines…Hilton did the same false reporting after Adam went to Gaga’s BD party last year…that was proven a lie too…Witnesses have verified it was a verbal arguement…and that Adam accidently hit Sauli’s friend when he flung his arm while arguing… Get facts right.
