Awesome! Lorde Covers “Everybody Wants To Rule The World” By Tears For Fears For Hunger Games Soundtrack!
Lorde is covering "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" by Tears For Fears For the "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" soundtrack.
Her version is being called spooky and haunting. Us? We call it brilliant!
Lady Gaga loves showing off her ass. Loves it. For the cover of "Do What U Want" with R. Kelly it is the sole feature.
The song will be available Monday October 21st at 12:01 A.M.-DocFB
Diagnosis: If the song is as good as the cover.....
Katy Perry is the Billboard cover story 2 weeks after her song "Roar" was bumped out of the top spot. With "Roar" she tied Rihanna with nine number one songs.
"Honestly, I'm just masquerading as a pop star."-Katy Perry
"I am exhausting so much energy right now," Perry exclaims between bites of Cheez-Its -- furtive bites, because eating Cheez-Its is breaking training. "For eight days straight, I've been conditioning -- just going, going, going at the height of my physical capabilities. I'm supposed to eat meals every two hours, but it takes me an hour to think of what I want to eat, so by lunchtime, I'm starving. I'm just so hungry all the time."

In 4 days, Britney Spears will be dropping her first single in a while "Work Bitch" and today, she dropped the cover artwork!
Britney is dressed as a Vegas show girl which makes us wonder about those rumors of her signing up to do a Las Vegas run for a couple of years.
"Work Bitch" is written by Will.I.Am, Britney, and 4 other people. So 6 people altogether.-DocFB
Diagnosis: I am just glad it wasn't called "Twerk Bitch!"....
Kate Upton was chosen as the cover girl for Vanity Fair's 100th anniversary issue with a photo shot by Annie Leibovitz.
Kate talked about not looking foreign enough for a modeling agency:
"I'm not going to name names, but one agency told me, 'You're too American, and everybody knows American women are lazy,"
"I was so offended! I've never been so offended!"
"I was like, 'You know that you're in America, right?' And it wasn't 'American models' - it was 'American women are lazy,' period! I feel like a lot of women would disagree with that. A lot!"
Ahh. Stupidity is everywhere. How a man has not tried to court the heck out of Kate and make her the one is beyond me as well.
Don't believe me? Enjoy the video above.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Nothing but L O V E for Kate.....
After several acts covering Tears For Fears over the years, TFF thought it was time to cover artists as well by covering "Ready To Start" by Arcade Fire.
The band released this statement regarding the Arcade Fire cover:
Having appreciated artists like Kanye West, Katy Perry, Kimbra, Nas, Gary Jules/Michael Andrews, Adam Lambert & Dizzee Rascal covering & sampling our songs over the past years, we agreed that some reciprocal cross-generational love was in order. We decided to give Arcade Fire a twist of TFF. Enjoy.
We dig it. Nice to hear their voices on this.-DocFB
Diagnosis: It has been 7 years since a TFF record. A little too long don't you think?
Nile Rodgers was performing a concert for the AFTEE (All For The East End) charity raising money for local non-profits. he called up Adam Lambert to cover "Let's Dance" by David Bowie!
Adam is killing the Bowie classic!! Killing! Adam is def killing it!
A new song of Adam's entitled "Lay Me Down" featuring Lavicii was also played so look for a post on that soon!!!!!-DocFB
Diagnosis: It really is pathetic that a label does not know what to do with Lambert. It makes me wish that America did get it right and chose him as the real American Idol over Kris
Jenner Allen. I am not one for putting down others. Just upset. Hope you guys feel me.
PRINCE is on the cover of V magazine with some very cool photos and an interview done after one of the Grove Of Anaheim shows in California.
People are picking up on the part of the interview where PRINCE says he doesn't own a cellphone.
Do you own an iphone?
“Are you serious?” he says. “Hell, no.” He mimics a high-voiced woman. “Where is my phone? Can you call my phone? Oh, I can’t find it.”
They talk about the return of vinyl and PRINCE merely claims "It never left" and they also try to go there with him when it comes to religion.
The article does bring shine to Donna Grantis, Hannah Ford-Welton, and Ida Neilsen which is a good thing.
