The American Music Awards will be the same as it was in 2013. Well, at least when it comes to the host, which will be Pitbull.
"World, who would have thought Pitbull hosting the AMAs two years in a row," said Armando Christian Perez aka Pitbull., "The harder I work, the luckier I get. Thank you ABC and dick clark productions for the amazing opportunity - more than anything let's get ready to have fun. Dale!"
Iggy Azelea is up for 6 AMA's, the most by any artist this year. John Legend, Katy Perry and Pharrell Williams each have 4 and Lorde comes in with 3.-DocFB

John Legend has released a video for "All Of Me" that features his wife Chrissy Tiegen. Legend and Tiegen find themselves in all sorts nude poses in the black & white clip.
It is classy sexy, not dirty sexy. It isn't as hot as say "Wicked Game" by Chris Isaak. Still, it is quite beautiful.-DocFB

John Legend has released "Who Did That To You" from the "Django Unchained" Soundtrack.
Legend took the task of recording a song for a Quentin Tarantino film very seriously.
"Quentin Tarantino's movies have such a specific sound to them where the music plays such an important role. When I first learned that Quentin was making Django Unchained, a film set in the South two years before the Civil War, I felt a strong connection to the story, and I knew that I wanted to write a song for it, one that would give voice to this character Django who was willing to stand up and fight for his lover's honor. The scene where the song plays is such a powerful moment in the film, a moment of redemption, and we wrote a triumphant and heroic song that underscores Django's mission."
"Django Unchained" lands in theaters on Christmas Day.
I am digging this song. It is nice to hear Legend singing a song like this. Aside from "Green Light" most of his mellow songs get a major push. Here is hoping this song finds an audience that is worthy and gives it a chance.-DocFB

Chrissy Teigan and John Legend attended the Million Meals Benefit Concert in New York City last night looking stunning.
Others in attendance were Natasha Bedingfield , Ivanka Trump and Jeff Gordon raising money for the FEED Foundation.
None looked hotter and glam than John and Chrissy either. The happily engaged couple looked great together.
Too bad, I can't show Teigan any love on Twitter. One time, I came to her defense and told her not to listen to all the "bitter" people that try to put her down and focus on the positive, but by doing that, I ended up being blocked by her. Ahh..such is life.
At least she still rocks a red carpet and I will still continue to show love and not be bitter.-DocFB
Mariah Carey has posted "When Christmas Comes" with John Legend, her duet to warm up the holidays.
They can't wait to unwrap their love.....for you. Me? If you want to unwrap my love, stop by Fredericks of Hollywood...and bring me some hot chocolate with you.
All joking aside....It is a cool duet. I may just listen to it......after Thanksgiving.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Can Thanksgiving come first?
I saw Sade in concert recently and it was an amazing concert experience! Not only did I meet some great people before the show but the John Legend and Sade blew my mind for the next 3 hours.
I was told Sade tours about as much as people see Haley's Comet, so I had to go. She did it all. "Smooth Operator" Cherish The Day" Paradise" "No Ordinary Love" and the latest smash "Soldier Of Love" and I must say, there had to be some mad loving made by those in attendance after the show.
Sade laid it down for almost 2 hours with a smile and genuine love for the Los Angeles crowd. I am sure she is like that everywhere but someone needs to lock up this performance and put it on DVD!! This show was hot.
It put me in a good place. Relaxed, chill, and sexy. How else would you want it? It was a hot summer night and Sade cooled us down with some sultry music.
Sade is in the Bay Area weekend this week and still on tour. Be sure to check her out.
Make sure to also check Drfunkenberry's Facebook Fan Page for more photos of Sade live.-Dr.FB

Kanye West sweats it up in his rap with John Legend laying down the vocals and chorus for "Blame Game" clip that is being used for Kanye & Jay Z's "G.O.O.D. Music" presented by Vevo.
John Legend is on point...although it is still weird him using the bitch word. Kanye's vocals singing the chorus is not as bad as you would think. Oh wait. He keeps going. Nope. Not good. Should have kept it short.
I can hear "That was rather pitchy, dog" being said by Randy Jackson somewhere right now. Stick to rapping.
Check out the live performance clip of "Blame Game" and let us know what you think.-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: Only Kanye To Blame For Bad Vocals
Sade has released a new video from her "Ultimate" CD and it is a performance clip.
Just like Sade, it is different and distinct. "Love Is Found" is shot in black and white keeping focus on the stage and her dancers on the screen only. Although it is taken from a performance, the sound is from the CD version of the song.
You do hear the crowd at the end so take it for what it's worth.-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: On Tour With John Legend. A MUST SEE!
