Mike Tyson’s LAX incident where he hit a pap about 4 times, could be getting a lot worse.

It appears that Iron Mike could be violating his probation of a cocaine bust in Phoenix in 2007, where had 3 years probation.  if files are charged by the pap, Tyson could be looking at time behind bars, about 5 years to be exact.

So far, the photog is talking but has not pressed charges against Tyson.-Dr.FB

Mike Tyson was arrested last night at LAX following him punching a pap who he felt was getting too close to his daughter and wife.  Friends of the pap said that he was taking his photo and nothing else, not getting to close and he just went off.

Bystanders are confirming both stories so it is going to make it complicated.  One thing is the pap was bleeding big time when being taken away from the scene to a local hospital. 

Tyson has been arrested for battery charges. Tyson’s reps are saying that he was protecting his 10 month old daughter and acted in self defense.

What a beauty! Seems she was a bit camera shy, didn’t look like she was make-up ready. Her non-perfect skin is refreshing.

From Mexico to now the U.S., the swine flu is here. There is even talk of travel bans.  Security at LAX are now wearing surgical masks and gloves.

Americans are being urged not to panic as symptoms have been mild.  They advise to wash your hands a lot and cover your coughs and sneezes. (We are supposed to do that but how many of your co-workers don’t??) You should also stay home if you feel ill.  In this economy, stay home?  Craziness!

7 cases have been confirmed here in California and 8 in New York.  So far, no swine flu deaths here in America. There has been a 103 in Mexico however. 6 have been reported by Canada.  Other governments issued advisories urging citizens not to visit Mexico. China, Japan, Hong Kong and others set up quarantines for anyone possibly infected.

Kanye West and road manager/bodyguard Don Crowley have both been hit with three counts of misdemeanor charges.  Charges stem from a “bitch fight” that happened at LAX’s Terminal 4 on September 11, 2008 with a paparazzi.  During the scuffle, the paps camera was damaged.

Both are accused of vandalism, battery, and grand theft.  If convicted West may serve up to two and a half years in jail. Crowley, for some odd reason, may serve up to five years in the slammer.

Both will be arraigned on April 14, 2009.

Tony Romo arrived with Jessica Simpson looking like he has recovered from the Dallas Cowboys spanking he got less than 2 weeks ago.  Wish I could say the same.

Tony & Jess look happy and comfortably stylish while making their way out of LAX.  Hopefully, I will run into Tony soon enough and not ask the same stupid questions that everyone else asks on ESPN.-Dr.FB
