Mariah Carey is about to release her new single (You're Mine) Eternal" on February 12th and the as yet untitled new album May 6th.
Has it really been 5 years since the last Mariah record? We are not counting the Christmas album sequel. We had Triumphant released which was anything but. She had a mini-hit with Miguel on "Beautiful" last year but no new album and an awful video to show for it.
Will Mariah give us new material to look forward to or will we need a video again in a couple of years reminding us again how great Mariah was instead of how great she is?-DocFB

Next week, Of Mice & Men will join Bring Me The Horizon for 'The American Dream Tour' - an extensive run of North American dates that will kick off on Monday, February 3rd in Orlando, FL and wrap up on March 28th in San Diego, CA.
Augustines are releasing their self-titled album on February 4th but you can listen to a stream of the album now. Their North American tour will kick off on February 5th.
The band used to be called We Are The Augustines but changed their name.
You can listen to the new album now here.
Augustines will kick off a North American headline tour at Venue in Vancouver, BC on February 5, 2014. The six-week run will include shows at the historic Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA (February 11) and New York City's Bowery Ballroom (March 3).
The three musicians - Billy McCarthy (vocals, guitar), Eric Sanderson (bass, keyboards, vocals) and Rob Allen (drums, percussion) - recorded Augustines with co-producer Peter Katis (The National, Frightened Rabbit, Jónsi) at his Tarquin Studios in Bridgeport, CT. Where their first record was created in relative isolation, Augustines was made "with the awareness that we weren't going to be alone anymore," says McCarthy. "This is us handing it over to those people that sang our songs back to us all over the world. We turned from the interior and started considering some of the breathtaking moments that happened to us on the road, in different countries."
You can pre-order the album here.
