Neil Young will be releasing a live collection of a six night stand he did at an intimate Washington D.C., venue in 1970. "Live At The Cellar Door" will be released on NDecember 10th!
Neil Young will release Live At The Cellar Door, the latest in his Archives Performance Series, on December 10th on Reprise Records. The album collects recordings made during Young's intimate six-show solo stand at The Cellar Door in Washington D.C. between November 30th and December 2nd, 1970, a few months after Reprise released his classic third solo album After The Gold Rush in August. Of the many unique gems found on Live At The Cellar Door, a rare solo version of "Cinnamon Girl" performed on piano rather than guitar is a particular treasure for Neil fans (the full band version appears on Young's 1969 second solo album Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere).

Katy Perry did not have the best weekend ever. Not by a long shot. Her promotional gold truck for "Prism" was in a car accident. On Saturday, her song "Roar" leaked 2 days early on radio.
The song was supposed to premiere this morning on Z100 in New York and decided to release it early on iTunes.
"Roar" is a positive song in the vein of "Wide Awake" and "Firework" and this time, it is about her personal empowerment. Is it a message to her critics or her ex-husband?
The NEW Nine Inch Nails track has been leaked a day early! "Came Back Haunted" was to be premiered on KROQ 106.7 in Los Angeles Thursday.
This track is from their upcoming album "Hesitation Marks" due out September 3rd!
Miley Cyrus stopped by 102.7 KIISFM in Los Angeles today to release her new single "We Can't Stop" and she is proud of the release.
Miley really sounds like Rihanna on this track, even with the "Eh's" big time. So, that means this most likely will be a HUGE hit!

Keaton Simons has just released his new album, "Beautiful Pain". The album was co-produced by Mikal Blue (Colbie Caillat, One Republic) and mastered by Gavin Lurssen of Lurssen Mastering. The album features co-writes with friends and peers Jason Mraz, Jason Reeves, and Glen Phillips.
The L.A. Times says Simons is “a triple threat.” He captivates audiences with an authentic voice, compelling and soul-baring songs, and a true command of both acoustic and electric guitars in every genre.
Earlier this month Keaton premiered the visually gorgeous video for current single "Beautiful Pain." The video was directed by Nick Spanos and executive produced by long time friend, and star of the Showtime series Californication, David Duchovny.
"This song has tremendous personal meaning to me. I wanted to show the extraordinary side of real, everyday people, and illustrate that love is worth fighting for,"
I dig the song and the video concept. Hope you guys enjoy it!-DocFB

KROQ in Los Angeles leaked the new Depeche Mode single "Heaven" early as both the song and video were supposed to be released on Friday. KROQ, a long-standing supporter of DM may have got permission to premiere the song early.
“Writing this album was incredibly daunting as I wanted the sound of this collection to be very modern," Gore said in press materials for the band's upcoming album, "Delta Machine." "I want people to feel good about listening to this record, to get some kind of peace. It’s just got something magical about it."
“With this release we’ve completely shifted our idea of how to create an album. When we hit a wall where we realize the album is beginning to sound too normal, we'll mess it up and really give it that organic Depeche Mode sound, frontman Dave Gahan said. “'Delta Machine' is no different, and I can't wait for all of our fans to hear it.”
The song was removed by soundcloud. Listen to "Heaven" from Delta Machine above by clicking on the link.
Delta Machine will be released on March 26th. For the full track listing along with more info, click on the continue reading button below.....
