Alex Rodriguez was brought up and all she would say is that they are not engaged or married. Hmm. Well, I am sure we will get a butt load of shots of Kate at the next Yankee World Series game later this week.

So the World Series started last night and the Philadelphia Phillies took game 1 against the New York Yankees. It’s a 7 game series though so it sure isn’t over.

Tonight, things get interesting as the Phillies send Pedro Martinez to the mound against the Yankees. Who will be the daddy tonight? But most importantly, who do you got taking it all?

Did the California Angels Los Angeles Angels Of Anaheim prolong the ineveitable by beating the New York Yankees last night?

Only time will tell but what a great weekend for sports it is going to be. That game, or games, college football, and pro football.

If Yankees don’t close it out on Saturday, all bets are off on game 7.-Dr.FB

Did they get whupped by Philly or what last night? Wow.

It seems it is a forgone conclusion that they will play the Yankees in the World Series.  Wonder if the Angels have anything to say about that later today?-Dr.FB

The Dodgers and Angels over the weekend put themselves in a hole. The Angels moreso down 0-2 to the Yankees play at 1 P.M. and hope to win one today. The Dodgers got walloped last night 11-0 and did the right thing when down 6-0 and started planning for tonight’s game. The Angels cannot go down 0-3 to the Yanks and the Dodgers cannot go down to the Phillies 3-1 either. Pivotal games today.

In football, Tom Brady was Tom Brady as the Patriots rolled over the Titans 59-0. Brett Favre pulled out another one for the Minnesota Vikings beating the Ravens who have now lost 3 in a row. The win less Chiefs beat the hapless Redskins and in the battle of the unbeaten, the New Orleans Saints beat the New York Giants in a game that was not close. The upset of the day was the Raiders holding the Eagles to 9 points to win. Wow.

Last week, we posted a video of Fox Sports going after Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo in a cartoon. We knew the video was harsh on Jessica and her weight and was soon pulled. Burger King, who sponsors the segment apologized to Jessica over it. Shame on the sports reporter who claimed the sent Jessica a grip of Whoppers to make up for it.-Dr.FB

The Dodgers, Angels, Yankees, all swept their 1st round opponents in the playoffs while the Phillies took a 2-1 lead over the Colorado Rockies.

The Denver Broncos defeated the New England Patriots in an overtime thriller by 2 top teams. The Dallas Cowboys beat the Kansas City Chiefs in an overtime thriller as well, where Miles Austin in his first start racked up 250 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. The Cowboys game should have never went to overtime. They are 3-2 with those 3 wins going against teams who are sub-par as well.

In honor of the Cowboys win, where they should have done what the New York Giants, and The Vikings did. Here is the full video calling out the Cowboys and Tony Romo.
