While he was there, he decided it was time for a new hairstyle. We are digging it. Used to go blonde every summer for a while myself.
Adam Lambert also tweeted that a "Trespassing" tour will happen when the time is right.
Adam still has only released 2 singles from the NUMBER ONE "Trespassing" album so far. When we say Adam, we really mean the label. Here is hoping that "Cuckoo" or "Trespassing" gets released next. There are also those Adam Lambert to "Idol" rumors going around as well.
Could just see the video for "Trespassing" and the part where Adam sings "What'll they get a load of me" I envision him in full Jack Nickolson Joker make-up. Too soon after Colorado? Please! Whatever Adam does, it will cause controversy.
While we wait, here is a FAT remix of "Never Close Our Eyes" to groove to. We are as impatient as you are Glamberts for a tour.-DocFB
Adam Lambert was spotted at The Ritz Carlton in Toronto, Canada where he was promoting his number 1 CD "Trespassing" there.
Adam was spotted a couple of times and each time had a smile on his face. He is showing no signs of slowing down on the promotion train.
The video for "Never Close Our Eyes" debuted earlier this week. Go HERE if you haven't seen it yet and let us know what you think!-DocFB
"Never Close Our Eyes" is the latest video from Adam Lambert's "Trespassing" CD which currently is still the #1 CD in America.
I was really hoping this video would have a dance sequence and towards the end, it does. We have a feeling there are a few messages in the new video we are not getting yet but will have to watch again.
It is visually stunning. What bothers me about the video I can't really explain without looking like an idiot so I may have ot revisit this subject. I like it overall. It is different than the other cookie cutter videos out there.
What do U think?-DocFB
Adam Lambert's new cd "Trespassing" has debuted at number one, showing who the real American Idol always was. Will the CD have staying power however?
Adam promoted the heck out of this CD and we are glad it debuted at number 1. What troubles us is that it didn't crack the 100,000 mark.
John Mayer's new CD "Born & Raised" will debut at number 1 next week, selling over 200,000 copies to 250,000 copies without him being able to sing a lick due to his throat issues.
Yes, we are troubled but call us crazy, because we could see this CD have the staying power of Adele where it just keeps hanging around for a while. We are not delirious though, and know the CD will drop off a little next week. We believe in Adam and have a feeling he will be "Trespassing" on the Billboard charts with quite some time with several hit singles from this CD.-DocFB
Adam Lambert released "Trespassing" yesterday and it is set to debut at number 1 next week on the Billboard album charts.
Although the CD is only estimated to sell around 80,000 copies, the lowest amount since last August, which was Adele's "21" btw, we see "Trespassing" having staying power unlike say "MDNA" by Madonna which quickly rose to number 1 but dropped faster than Lebron James trying to take the last shot in a playoff game.
But could Carrie Underwood 's "Blown Away" or Adele's "21" still block Lambert from hitting number 1? It really depends on Lambert's performance on American Idol this week. We think he will blow people away and get people heading to I-Tunes or wherever they still sell CD's nowadays.
What about you? have YOU purchased "Trespassing" yet?-DocFB
Adam Lambert was a humble guest and sometime host on Good Morning America this week.
Adam Lambert called his music "funk" while describing it on Good Morning America and since we have been covering Adam since his early American Idol days, we couldn't agree more.
Adam Performed "Never Close Our Eyes" on the show and the CD "Trespassing" despite what other people told me, is going to debut at number 1 next week on the Billboard album charts. We are proud of Adam's success and hard work.-DocFB
Adam Lambert performed "Never Close Our Eyes" & "Naked Love" from his new CD "Trespassing" due for release on May 15th, on The Jimmy Kimmel Show.
The mini concert was recorded live outside of Kimmel at the Hollywood in the parking lot across the street from Hollywood & Highland. It was right across the street to the theatre formerly known as Kodak to where Adam became an American Idol just a few years ago.
"Naked Love" features a lyric from Crystal Waters 90's hit "100 Percent Pure Love" and we approve!
What do you guys think of Adam's performance?-DocFB
The photo of the moment is of Adam Lambert at AOL Sessions. Adam taped AOL Sessions yesterday and will be performing on Jimmy Kimmel tonight.
This photo showed up in our timeline so not sure where it originated from but we know the photo is from Alan Larsen.
Here is hoping that Adam performs 2 songs on Kimmel tonight. Usually, it is one that airs and then a 2nd that is online only.
One of the songs more than likely will be "Never Close Our Eyes" which is his latest single off of "Trespassing" his new CD which will be everywhere May 15th.
Lamberts, IF there is a 2nd song tonight performed, what would U want it to be?
Anyone know when the AOL Sessions taping will be put up?-DocFB
American Idol, trying to catch its Adam Lambert versus Kris Allen glory days, had a Queen night that did not feature Adam when it was obvious they really needed him.
Queen was there to see the top 6 perform their songs.....and what was missing was Adam Lambert with Queen to show them how it is done.
I watched the top 6 perform....and their are a couple of good voices but this season is lacking....and it needed an Adam Lambert to propel the show and make people care about it again. People can argue numbers with me but Idol is not what it once was.
Adam may have finished 2nd in Idol the year he was on, but he was the true winner. In hindsight, he is the real Idol. The American Dream so to speak.
The good news is that Adam will be everywhere. He just recorded AOL Sessions and will be on Jimmy Kimmel tonight. He is also slated to be on Idol later this season. There is NO reason, however, that he could not have been performing with Queen last night.
When I think of the top 3 on Idol, I think of Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and Adam Lambert. He didn't even win the show but we know why, don't we middle America? The Glamberts know, we know, and Adam knows and he is starting to talk about it just a little bit more.
The Voice and X Factor would not have dropped the ball having Queen on without Adam Lambert. Idol was the show that started the singing contest craze, and when you do not have one of your own on to give him shine and on a season that has been lackluster and him having a new CD out, wel,l we know Simon Cowell is somewhere smiling, rooting for Adam and looking at those Idol ratings go down again for another week.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Idol Are The Former Champions.....
