Purple Ticket Winners At Prince’s Pad Talk

As stated earlier, a few purple ticket winners partook in an evening at Prince's pad in the Hills for  a sneak peek at the new lotusflow3r.com website. Here's a sampling of their impressions of the site's inner workings:

"Absolutely breathtaking." "Exploratory, fun and interactive." "I can't wait to get into it and explore all the things about it."

"Playful. Engaging."  "The (video) quality will be a fan's dream"

and of the evening in general, all were in harmony saying it was an experience they'll never forget.

(We hear that the people at the house party were able to see what the web site will be looking like soon in all it's glory.  Stay tuned and we want to thank the purple ticket winners and others for sharing this with us).-Dr.FB

  1. I follow your blog for a long time and must tell you that your posts always prove to be of a high value and quality for readers.

  2. Esto lleva muy buen camino, la web, as canciones, la portada…. Una flor de loto esa a punto de florecer, presumo que PRINCE va a deleitarnos con un gran trabajo.

  3. The information was shared so it is all good.

Sometimes, information is given by different celebs people directly, and they do not wish to be credited.

If it was a different website other than a celebs official site then there might be a problem.

I do thank you for your concern and your comments.

  4. Fish lighten up will ya!!! It’s just a little bit of info about a fun night !!

  5. @ Dr FB quote “One of the people I know had a long day and long night obviously and just wanted to comment on what he was asked about the site, which is what the party was about.”

Looks like lotusflower.coms latest update ripped off your friends quotes!! Assuming you didn’t pass them on. You’d have thought they could give you credit. Guess not.

On 2nd thoughts, if your being fed the quotes from Prince it would be a lot more credible if you’d say so. IMVHO.

  6. I don’t understand why people think that someone would lie about being at Prince’s home. Plus, it if were a lie, it would have been debunked by now. One of the winners is a friend and I havezero doubt he is telling the truth. Congrats to the winners. Too bad Prince doesn’t have a home in Chicago. :-(

  7. They obviously cross-referenced Lotusflow3r registrant names/e-mail addresses with old NPGMC files to ID some local LA area fans for a pleasant surprise.

For future reference on any DC surprises, P: CJBabyDaddy = mtid :-)

  8. I can’t wait to see this website come up in it’s full glory. It sounds like we’re going to be in for a fun time!

  9. stil confused on how they know when you enter your info that the person was from los angeles but whatever im not gonna hate everyone who went glad you had fun and looking 4werd to hearing more from you

  10. ^ Thank you very much!
Ok then all we can do is hope ;-)

  11. Jochem, I hope it opens soon. I know people that work for the company and was told on Monday they were hoping to have it ready by the end of this week.

That did not happen obviously, but from what I have heard from people who are Prince fans, they were really impressed.

As for a timetable for when the site will open….No clue. Rather say that then remain silent and pretend like I know when I don’t.

  12. I’m glad to read that the guests got to see the full site as opposed to what was launched last night. Just like Prince to leave us craving for more – can’t wait to see it in all its glory. Don’t make us wait too long Princey! :)

  13. Thanks for keeping us in the Purple Loop Dr. FB!

  14. Dr. I appreciate your efforts of course… and I know (or assume) that you need to keep things quiet but…

Is there a little hope for us regular fans that we will see the site open soon? Or more important: that we will be able to buy the new music soon?
Now that the site hasn’t opened at all actually… we’re in the dark.

    Thanks again.
Can’t wait for reviews from the party, maybe he played some new stuff!

  15. BTW, I don’t mind negative comments but when it keeps coming from the same person under different names, I am not going to keep it. It looks cool to have a lot of comments but I don’t bump my own numbers and won’t let anyone else. Regardless of positive of negative.

  16. ^^I was unaware as well, not like I should known or anything. But when you entered your email, I guess you were entering for that purple ticket shown on the site, because the winners were sent a purple ticket and asking if they could be there at 8 P.M. on Saturday.

There was a contest without even anyone knowing there was a contest.

  17. I was unaware that there was a contest. Or was there?

  18. There are purple ticket winners.
Don’t know how they knew they were from L.A. but there were.

One of the people I know had a long day and long night obviously and just wanted to comment on what he was asked about the site, which is what the party was about.

I am sure whenever this person wakes up, calls people, they will then maybe write something.

Well..it is Super Bowl Sunday…so maybe there are party plans.

  19. Come on, really??

Purple ticket winners? Winners from what exactly?

Just sounds like more, canned cut and paste info. At least say if you are being fed this directly from the source.

I honestely can’t believe that any purple ticket winner would make those their comments. They just read like press releases. Damn, if there was an ‘hour long concert’ I know what I;d be commenting on…….

  20. I hope it’s as nice as they say….because right now everything looks so grim.

  21. And the saga continues………

  22. Good.
Now it’s our turn? .. Finally?
