Prince is upset with Dania Ramirez. Either Dania or director Sanaa Hamri leaked Prince’s new tune titled: “$”

The 3 of them were in the process of creating a video for the song when someone (No one has come forward as of yet) leaked the song online.

In these days when piracy is rampant, the thought of one of the main dance trax from the new cd titled “Lotusflow3r” leaking ahead of schedule makes the heart stop! 

We are being asked if you come across the song online, please pretend you never read this post and delete the song immediately without listening.  Please wait for the offical CD release…which will be any day now.

    a few things really. no doubt it’s a publicity stunt, few things are done in the ‘biz’ that aren’t. i have been a prince fan since 1978 and his first album ‘for you’ (which i think i still have in storage). i have been to 2 of his concerts ‘the purple rain tour’ in san diego and ‘ diamonds and pearls’ (i think it was called) in longbeach. my best friends from las vegas ‘the scott brothers’ danced in his video ‘cream’. i too have been an entertainer for almost 30 years. i have seen prince and his publicity ‘stunts’ either intentional like this or unintentional like the death of his child. but he has done NOTHING different than everybody else in hollywood to stay in the news. the FACT remains prince is one of the greatest musicians of our time. his life and his albums are an incredible story, even if every ‘song’ isn’t a hit.

    i have a question. prince has gone under many ‘pen names’ throughout his career (ie-alexander anybody). i have several songs by a band called ‘dr. funk’, it sounds ALOT like prince. i have googled dr. funk and found a few, but none with the sound or song titles of the songs i have. i was wondering if you might know if this might be a prince alias?

    Unveil the new site quick, stop the Bela Lugosi look, it’s spooky and unattractive… Scary future ? We wonder. Opening in january ? Possibility to listen to tapes ??? We expect better quality… What about the selling of VHS ? Really I don’t understand the marketing point ! Newcomers will be confused ! Hardcore fans will be disapointed, they’re used to !

    Had to delete a couple of comments that were coming from the same office. I don’t mind the crap talking, it’s kinda laughable.

    Obviously, I would love to find the aformentioned track as well, as I have stated. Perhaps if there was no truth or meaning to this, I would have pulled it. The need to critique and shoot the messenger so quickly shows that maybe some were secretly not wanting to find anything so they would have something to complain about.

    I didn’t search because if it is out there…..and it is “said” to be, it will be found soon.

    This is Prince we are talking about, so maybe waiting it out would be the best option? I use my frustration in different ways I guess.

    Obviously trying 2 re-create interest in the lotusflow3r site. If they song had leaked we would have found it (and ignored it) by now :o)

    The way the article is written looks to be straight outta Princes camp.

    I dunno what Prince and Dr.FB are trying to do… but it’s lame and unprofessional. I you wanna promote your stuff (has can this be promoting :S ) do it right
