Prince performs "Dreamer" for the Target Lotusflow3r commercial, 2009

I know I twittered about it last night but we are happy our favorite artist, Prince, was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance category last night for his song “Dreamer” from his latest CD Lotusflow3r.

We figured Prince would get a nod somewhere in the R n B field and aside from a performance from Maxwell, NO R & B noms were announced on the show.  We are happy for Prince and hope he brings home another Grammy on January 31st, 2010.

Prince is about to throw a mutiny overseas. Not only is he about to do 3 shows in Monaco, 2 in 1 night August 13th and 1 August 16th, respectively, but he has bigger plans in the mix.

We have learned exclusively that Prince’s next single will be “Dance 4 me” and there is going to be a major push in Europe.  We hear there also be will be a remix to “Dance 4 Me” as well. Oh heaven yes! With the push overseas, could that mean some moreconcert dates over there? We are hearing rumors but nothing concrete.

I also heard something about his latest cd Lotusflow3r which was released in the States via Target WILL be getting a release overseas as well. Speculation right now but just keeping you locked in to all things paisley.  (Note: I was told Because Music was going to release it September 7th but I forgot about that.)

We hear that Bria Valente will be doing an interview with Tavis Smiley this week.  The show being recorded will be at a later date.

Tavis Smiley sent an email out about 2 weeks that he would be interviewing Prince at the end of April, although Prince so far has done no interviews on television so far for the LotusFlow3r project and it looks like Tavis will be no exception.

So from what we know and heard, it will be Bria Valente doing an interview with Tavis only. Just wanted to keep you informed and make sure the information we provide is solid.-Dr.FB

First, let us say that this is Prince’s protegee, not prodigee, that brought out the lol’s and I don’t think she is an indian singer Billy Bush but whateves.

Here is a clip from Access Hollywood sent in by CB of Bria Valente, an artist you first heard about here last April with the track “Home”.

Unless you have been living under one of those rocks on Prince’s soon to be opened site Lotusflow3r.com, you know that Bria’s CD will be packaged with Prince’s 2 CD’s due for release at Target March 29th or at the web site we previously mentioned March 24th.

The 3 Prince shows that were scheduled to take place on March 24th have now been moved to March 28th!!!!

Prince is upset with Dania Ramirez. Either Dania or director Sanaa Hamri leaked Prince’s new tune titled: “$”

The 3 of them were in the process of creating a video for the song when someone (No one has come forward as of yet) leaked the song online.

In these days when piracy is rampant, the thought of one of the main dance trax from the new cd titled “Lotusflow3r” leaking ahead of schedule makes the heart stop! 

We are being asked if you come across the song online, please pretend you never read this post and delete the song immediately without listening.  Please wait for the offical CD release…which will be any day now.
