11 Nov Photos Of Michael Jackson’s Resting Place Leaked
The photos above are from TMZ. They were posted on November 8th without a photo credit and are of Michael Jackson’s tomb.
It appears the photos were from Karen Faye, a longtime Jackson employee, who did Michael Jackson’s make-up and is very friendly with MJ’s brother Randy Jackson.
Some people are led to believe that TMZ swiped these photos from Karen’s Face book page. However, if that were true, the photos would have been taken down by now or a credit would have been given as they have posted info from Face book accounts before. TMZ is too smart to swipe photos people.
Drfunkenberry.com has learned exclusively (Not exclusively as TMZ knows how much they paid) that TMZ paid over $100,000 for the photos.
TMZ has a policy of when paying for photos that it has to be the person who took the photos in the first place to be paid. They are not going to swipe photos from a facebook account or take them from someone second hand.
So, it had to be the person who took the photos, Karen Faye, or say someone close to Karen, such as Randy Jackson. You have to sign the agreement with TMZ as they now become the owners of the photos, so no photo credit is needed.
I am told that Karen took mementos from fans that were sent in as she sent out a message weeks prior that that she would be going to Michael’s grave site and would put what fans sent in around his tomb. The photos were posted on Karen’s face book page a few weeks ago and ended up on TMZ Sunday.
It’s interesting because if Karen wasn’t paid and since she is the owner of the photos, why are they still on TMZ? She is trying to make it sound like someone swiped the photos and gave them to TMZ but that is not the case.
I think it is highly WRONG that you are posting private photos of his tomb in the first place, weather on a face book account or not. Then to turn around and make a profit off of them when you say youwere posting it “for the fans” as you say, it just straight up unprofessional as a former employee and someone who claims to do Michael right.
Now, if any of this information is not true, you can contact me and prove otherwise. TMZ, if posting these photos with your watermark is wrong and want it taken down, you can contact me as well. TMZ owns the photos hence why the watermark is there and why Karen is not making a stink for the photos to be taken down or even taken off her face book page.

It is not disrespectful to see a picture of an artist’s grave. What is disrespectful in this case is the fact that these pics were done against Jackson family’s desire and after (the worst) sold to the medias. This family wanted that this place remains private. Even if we are huge fans as you, me and many others, the desires of this family comes before our desires, We have lost a wonderful artist, but they have lost a father, son and brother. Also the rules of FL was violated and the laws must be respected by everyone even if we do not approve them.

I tend to think most people here are lying if they weren’t curious to find out for themselves… Besides… why is this disrespectful? You can go to most any cemetery in the world and find anybody’s grave…. yes…. even Elvis Presley… I am happy he got a nice grave site located in a beautiful mausoleum.. However, I for one, would much rather be able to visit his grave myself, but since I can’t do that…. a picture helps…

It’s a shame… but to be honest with you, I think, with all respect that Katherine could have done something, was his mom… well is just a thought, don’t get me wrong, don’t want to judge her.
I think that we shouldn’t forget that Michael didn’t die because he was thin, sick, or whatever… he died because somebody kill him. Murray took his life poisonning him with incredible quantities and combinations of drugs in a very short period of time, that’s why he really died. Acute Propofol intoxication and Benzo effect.
@Antonia: I am sorry for you. You are the one speculating here, because there are too many things that only Michael could tell and answer (not Cascio, not Faye, not you, not me), so…

It would seem so–but u have 2 remember that Michael had a family [brother & father] who when they did have access 2 him they always wanted something from him–michael wasnt a strong enough person 2 say no 2 them so he chose 2 distance them from himself–it is widely known that the brothers and the father never handled their finacials lives the proper way which always left them in dire straits–any chance they could get 2 rope michael into a reunion tour or ask him 2 finance something including themselves they would—
perhaps if they stood on their own feet 30 years ago and handled their money properly–they woldnt have had 2 have THAT kinda of relationship with their brother—this wouldve provided a munch better realtionship between the siblings–joseph was/is always gonna be joseph
then maybe they wouldve been able 2 intervene….its sad
lemme state here that im not judging just stating a fact/observation–im sure alot of people have a lot of regrets concerning Michael…..

How do you know that Jackson family will not sue her for violating the privary of the grave ? Do you have spoken to a family member ? surely not, pure speculation of your part.

Regarding the photos, I obviously think different. If his family was very mad at her, they would have taken legal actions against her, but they haven’t so… May be they have talked already to her, who knows. You don’t, you are still speculating.
I don’t care if Frank Cascio knows better Michale’s private life, it’s totally irrelevant. And I can’t assure what you are saying is true.
I think you should respect the people who likes K.Faye and do not call them “brainless”, it makes you look very unpolite. If you decide not to ask her about the money you say she stole from fans, then, it’s your problem. I think you find it easy to defame her instead. It’s your choice.
I can tell you about other great majorities that speaks very well of Faye, and, there is another great “majority” that hate Cascio, and Grace, etc. but those are not good nor fair points of reference to anybody. But, if they are to you, I respect that.
Remember what Michael said, “Don’t judge anybody, until you have a one on one conversation with that person”.

You don’t understand what is wrong with the pics : they are AGAINS FAMILY JACKSON DESIRES and AGAINST FL LAWS, it’s clear, she had not the right to make them even if she had put them on her facebook, it’s easy to understand. I am not on Faye facebook, I am not brainless and even if I was and ask questions she woud lied once more. I don’t now FAYE, but I am living in LA, and we know for a great majority the strange behavior of FAYE and I know very well Frank Cascio, who lived for many years at Neverland and knows better than anybody private life of Mike.

I think you speculate too much. I can’t judge her, or anybody else who worked with him, because I was not there in that moments nor in their shoes. Though I dont think she was afraid because she was under contract with AEG, because she did alert the AEG’s CEO and other directors in that organization, they were heads and leaders and did nothing.
I think all people, in general know about other people what that other people want them to know, incluiding Faye, Cassio, fans, or whoever… I don’t know if there is somekind of “know-meter” of Michael Jackson, and I dont think there is not a contest regarding that quantity of knowledge…
I wonder, if she robed fans as you state here, why nobody sue her?, even Michael could have sued her! But nobody did… so may be you are speculating again. Why don’t you ask her directly? I know what she said about this (nothing like you are saying), but I think that if you were robbed, you should ask her directly.
What is the problem with that pictures she posted in her private FB page? She didn’t post them in a blog, or a public fan site. She is not showing anything improper or morbid either; she is showing what a lot of fans respectfuly wanted and asked to see! I think you all Faye’s haters, are trying to crucify her for any reason… Michael was a public figure, he truly loved his fans and always kept direct conctac with them, and I think you are making a lot of fuss of nothing.

If some others had the authority to do something, Faye and ALL the persons working with MJ had the authority and the duty to help their friend. If Faye was afraid because she was under contract with AEG, she had the duty of alerting Randy Jackson ( his big friend) or Lise Taylor. Faye knows on MJ only what MJ wanted to let her know, Frank Cascio knows on MJ more and more as anyone. In 2005, when MJ very upset by her behavior ordered to shut the internet site she created, why she did not give back the money stolen to certains fans ? IThe reason for what many people here and on other forums are disgusted of her is because many trusted her and many were shocked by the fact she photographes MJ’s grave. Her excuse was to share with the fans, but she was wrong. The fans have a lost a fantastic artist, but Jackson family has lost a son, a brother and a father, their desire to keep the grave private comes before the fans’ desire. And more she violated the laws of FL, th direction was very angry and now she cannot go anymore to the grave; even if she is not happy with this, she must respect Jackson famiily desire and laws.

If Karen or Michael Bush have any responsability in Michael’s death, you’ll confirm it in the moment they got arrest by the police.
She is not spying anybody, I don’t know what you mean by that. What I know is that she is deleting people who have been irrespectful and who actually are spying in and defaming in her own private FB page.
I think you see what you wanna see with MLB words, because they have a respectful friendship. I can’t see MLB throwing “indirect words” to her, if he can say directly to her what he thinks. I don’t think is his style… but well you can think what you prefer.
Faye had much more direct access to Michael than “all the fans” so she knows more.
By the way, Michael hired Faye for TII at his request. I don’t find any problem with that. The reasons (which she had explained more than once) why she was fired before don’t seem sufficent enough to not being rehired again by Michael in 2009.
What I find interesting here is, Why so much hate towards her? or somebody in special? It is obvius your dislike for her very much, its wierd…
I couldn’t hate Grace, MLB, Faye, Susan E., because I don’t know them, I didn’t ask Michael about them, so If i wasnt there to witness their actions and relationship with Michael, how could I hate them?

It is exactly what I said about Faye “She did nothing AS THE OTHERS” but the big difference between her and the others, she is blaming the others except her, M. Bush does not blame anybody. Faye refuses her responsibilities. And to spy each others is not spreading the love as she pretends. And as Bush says “Those who know don’t speak, those who speak don’t know” Faye does not know more than all the fans know and I know that Bush and her good friends, but Bush was never fired by Michael, Faye twice.

She and Michael L Bush are ok, if not, he/she wouldn´t be activley participating in each others FB pages in friendly terms, with nice comments.
If you are going to blame KFaye for Michael’s death, then you have to blame also Michael L Bush, (and everybody who was in contact with him) they were there also there with Michael, and witnessed the same things.
