The “Blue Jeans” video by Lana Del Rey has been officially released after a fake leak of the video emerged yesterday.
The video shot in black and white with underwater imaged focused and unfocused is quite beautiful. I do not know why but with the vocal delivery and the way it was shot, it does remind me of “Wicked Game” by Chris Issak.
The male actor in the video is Bradley Soileau, who was also featured in Del Rey’s “Born To Die” video. The video is directed by Yoann Lemoine and we are told it is a prequel to the “Die” video.
Lana is staying around a lot longer than her detractors expected. If she keeps shooting videos like this, she might be accepting a few MTV Video Music Awards later this year.-DocFB
