Theo and Sasha also performed at the Teen Vogue party in Hollywood last month. They also have an EP perfectly titled "Brother/Sister" out now and plan to release their debut album on Jay Z's label next year.-DocFB

Diagnosis: Hopefully they bring it fast and hard because a word that has "ism" at the end is all that will be discussed right now....

Sheryl Crow “Not Worried” About Brain Tumor As She Records New Music

Sheryl Crow found out she has a benign brain tumor last November and shared that info yesterday. She also said she is "not worried" about it as she is recording new music.

She did the interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal and talked about why she got checked out;

"I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI. And I found out I have a brain tumor. And I was, like, 'See? I knew there was something wrong.' "

This came after video of her last month forgetting lyrics on stage that made it's way around the Internet.

"Oh gosh,"  "I will tell you a funny story. I have a history of forgetting my lyrics."

"Not only could I not remember the first line ("A Change Would Do You Good" from a performance in the 90's), I couldn't remember the first line to any of the verses,"

"I started laughing so hard! And I looked over at my guitar player, and he's bent over like he's gonna just start peeing."

Sheryl is still pushing on recording a new CD which she hopes to have out by October, although she does not have a title for the CD....or a record deal.

"I probably will sign a record deal, though. I like the opportunity to be on radio."

Sigh.  Pretty sad you still need a record deal to get played on radio.  That would be a reason to have a brain tumor.

All joking aside, we hope it doesn't give Sheryl any problems.  Wasn't her last CD the one with all the soul covers including Justin Timberlake?  Hmm.-DocFB

However, an interesting distribution deal is happening.  For those wishing for new Prince music though, you might be disappointed.

Adam Lambert announced via Twitter over the weekend that his new album will be delayed til Spring 2012.

Lambert's label announced that other labels, including Arista, Def Jam, and Clive's Davis's J Records would be closing and all remaining artists would now be under the RCA Umbrella.

Tom Corson, COO of RCA records released this statement:   “We moved the album back because the creative process is still unfolding... not because we’re not excited about what we’ve got, we just think we can top it, but we’re right there on the cusp.”

Adam stated this: “I'm sorry for the delay- but trust me, it's worth it. As of now, album will be released in the spring. Feb/march?"

We are looking forward to this and the new No Doubt record, which was delayed as well til 2012.

Adam Lambert who did not win American Idol, but actually turned to be the real winner as some Idol winners were dropped over the weekend by RCA.

It has not been officially announced but it looks like Van Halen is about to leave Warner Bros. Records after 35 years together.

HitsDailyDouble.com is reporting the signing.  David Lee Roth, Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, and Wolfgang Van Halen have been recording together for the better part of a year.

The band was to perform in Australia this month, but have since backed out.  There is no status on tour dates although we have heard that they do plan to tour with the upcoming album in 2012.

The announcement of leaving Warner Bros. for Columbia may be delayed due to the news of R.E.M. breaking up and are signed to Warner Bros. as well.-DocFB
