Katy Perry performed at a rally for President Obama in Las Vegas yesterday, wearing a ballot as a dress that was marked in for Obama.
This is not the fist time Perry has shown her support for Obama and I'm sure it will not be the last.

The baddest band in late night, The Roots backed up Black Star. They were on Fallon to promote a new FREE mix tape due out this Spring.
They go after politics yet again and put their aim on Rick Perry, The Tea Party and Obama.

ESPN Pulls “MNF Song” After Hank Williams Likens Obama To Hitler

If you like hearing the "Monday Night Football" song before the game on Monday night, you might have to watch it on youtube from now on.
For the first time in 20 years, the "Monday Night Football" theme song will not air before the Monday Night game, ESPN announced.
Hank Williams appeared on "Fox & Friends" Monday (That was his first mistake) and he got political. Hank Williams backed McCain and Palin in 2008.
He commented on John Boehner playing golf with Obama is like Netanyahu (Israeli Prime Minister) and Hitler.
Fox surprisingly distanced themselves from his comment and said they did not understand the comment. Williams said "I'm glad you do not understand. They are the enemy." Fox then asked who is the enemy and without hesitation Williams stated "Obama and Biden. The 3 Stooges." Guess Williams can't count, can he?
After an outcry on social media sites, ESPN quickly responded with a statement;
"While Hank Williams, Jr. is not an ESPN employee, we recognize that he is closely linked to our company through the open to Monday Night Football. We are extremely disappointed with his comments, and as a result we have decided to pull the open from tonight's telecast."
This is not going to go away. I will be surprised if ESPN uses the song for the rest of the year or ever again. I'm all about freedom of speech but comparing someone to Hitler, is straight up lame.
We wonder who ESPN will turn to when it comes to recording a new song? Why do I have a feeling they are already calling Justin Timberlake?-DocFB

The Obama’s Will Do Final Interview With Oprah

President Barack Obama & Michelle Obama will do a final interview with Oprah Winfrey on her 20 year plus groundbreaking talk show, simply titled "Oprah" if you haven't heard.
The interview will take place April 27th in Chicago at Oprah's studios, Harpo, which is Oprah spelled backwards. You don't want us to spell Funkenberry backwards.
The show will air May 2nd. Oprah announced last year that this would be her last season and will end the show next month.-Dr.FB

Chris Rock was on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno and he brought the funny. Talking about how he wishes Obama had Katrina and Bush had the oil spill going on. "Bush would get every drop like Jenna Jameson." Wow.
Rock also talked about what he was trying to say to Kobe Bryant last week at the NBA Finals and Jay saying he could make Kobe laugh.

I am little peeved when I look at TMZ and I see 2 stories on their front page that were here 1st. One of them the Michael Jackson song not being original and then the 2nd being the Obama poll of if he really deserved the Nobel Peace Prize.

Here is TMZ's This Is It story posted 1:58 Eastern Time this afternoon, a full 12 hours later. They were able to talk to Paul Anka, who I did advise wrote the song with Michael, but, let's be real, TMZ is more connected then me. But to say they were first with the story is straight douchey.

The reason I bring up the Obama poll with the Michael Jackson story is that they were right after each other, kind of like you went to someone's site and read it there and said, hey that's a good idea, let's take it but add to it and call it our exclusive. Same material ends up on each other's site but don't claim something as an exclusive if it is not is all.
Straight up, I have sent news items to TMZ several times to either never get credited or the story not used. I did not send the MJ story in because of that.
I am not asking for much but to be listed on the blog roll of the web site. The raiders fan page is on TMZ's blog roll for crying out loud.
TMZ, Harvey, whoever, I always credit you on sources, and stop being like cabbage-head Perez Hitler Hilton and swiping stories and not giving credit because the site is not as big as yours.
It's lame. A little integrity never hurt anyone. I hope you do the right thing. You have gotten Anka's side on the story but don't act like you posted the songs first.
Sorry everyone, but if you are getting pissed on and no one sees, you have to let people know. I put hours and hours into this web site pushing to break into the mainstream, working my bootay off, only to have someone snatch the work I put into it.-Dr.FB
