Chelsea Handler was Queen of the VMA's last night and the ratings don't lie!

Over 11 million people turned into the award show and it was the highest rated MTV Video Music Awards since 2002.

What did you think of the award show and Chelsea hosting?-Dr.FB

Video: Chelsea Handler’s MTV VMA Opening With Lindsay Lohan

OK since no one else will say it, I don't know who looked older; Chelsea Handler or Lindsay Lohan.

Regardless, Chelsea owned the MTV Awards.  Aside from a dove gaff, she was on and kept the show flowing all night.-Dr.FB

Video: Taylor Swift VMA Performance Of “Innocent”

It's hard to have a most talked about moment at an award show with a ballad unless your being held up by ropes n such ala Pink, but Taylor Swift did just that last night.

Dedicating a song to Kanye West who did you know what to her last year.  The song "Innocent" was a statement letting the world know that moment should not define him.

People say oh what he did was not that bad but let's keep in mind, that was her first ever VMA win and the age she is. It's not like jumping on stage and telling Eminem off.  On that note, I still don't think what he did was that bad to deserve the media coverage he got.

So what do you think?  If Taylor can forgive Kanye, should we get over it already?-Dr.FB

Lady Gaga, who is about to go on tour with Kanye West, talked about the incident at the MTV VMA's 2 weeks ago in a recent radio interview in Las Vegas and she defended Kanye.

Gaga said:

"I would say he’s a good guy and everybody makes mistakes, and he feels so f—ing bad. He really does, he really feels bad.”

“If you listen to the radio right now, with the exception of myself, really, and, like, probably Taylor Swift, Kanye is responsible for everything we’re listening to. Everyone likes to focus on gossip, but he’s changed music and he’s really prolific and an incredible person, and I think it’s unfair to judge somebody on one mistake they’ve made.”

“He’s really kind of shown me a lot, as a friend, planning this tour — it’s all about the fans … I felt like that  moment really portrayed him in a way that he really isn’t. It was just a random moment.”

I don't think Lady Gaga would lie so I do think she believes this but it is also damage control for the suits promoting the tour. They are worrying for nothing. This tour entitled "Fame Kills"  is going to sell out no problem and be a success.

What do you think? Is Lady Gaga right about forgiving Kanye and that he feels really bad or damage control?-Dr.FB

Does Kanye West Just Want Attention?

With what happened on Sunday, it brings a question to mind; Does Kayne West know the difference between good attention and bad attention or does he just know attention and is an attention whore?

No one in their right mind would want the attention Kanye is getting, except for someone who wants attention, no matter if it is good or bad. I mean the President of the United States of America called him a jack ass. Jay Leno cracked that George W. Bush said that "Kanye doesn't care about white people" and the audience laughed.

3 days later, the incident is still being talked about by me and others.  Patrick Swayze passed away but all everyone seems focused on is Kanye.  For everyone, they would hate attention like this, but does Kanye.  He has NEVER been talked about this much. Kanye has done this crap before, but for himself. Whining when he does not win something. Boasting we don't know just how brilliant he is.

His desire for attention is almost as big as ego to let everyone know he is the greatest of all time no matter what he does.  So if he did this all for attention, even if he is sincere for hurting Taylor Swift in the process, maybe Kanye is brilliant. People who think this is going to kill Kanye's career, it's not going to happen. Kanye has talent, but his ego needs to land back on earth.

I put the question to you now.

Did he do it all for attention? Does Kanye know the difference between good attention and bad attention? Is this really going to stop you from listening to his music? Let me know.-Dr.FB

Taylor Swift went on "The View" yesterday and talked about the incident with Kanye West on Sunday and said that Mr. West still has not reached out to her.

Very shortly after, Kanye did get a hold of Taylor and apologized to her. She has accepted his apology and feels it was sincere.

Will this end the story?  Not likely. What do you think?-Dr.FB
