Prince attended yet another fashion show this time for Galliano, after one the day before, and another one the day before that, and another one the day before that, and the day before that….um…I heard he was at Target? Man, I can’t be everywhere but I swear he was on aisle 31. Or was that 21? Ahh, nevermind.
He kind of has that look in this photo of “She’s The DJ, I’m The Rapper” but then again that was from the Artist Formerly Known As The Fresh Prince and our Prince is still taking names and making lists.
We hear through our unofficial connections that Prince is slated to be on the Canal+ Television show on October 14th. This is Prince’s first appearance since that Youtube agreement I reported on a month ago. So, hmm, will we be able to see that performance in the U.S.? You know I am going to try.
As for his upcoming concert appearances, here is what I know and have heard; (Will leave out other things and just stick to what is supposed to go down)
Prince will play two shows at the Grand Palais exhibition hall in Paris on Sunday, October 11. The concerts are called “All Day/All Night” and will be held at 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. (tentative and could be changed.)
The tix will be sold today on the internet and tomorrow, the 9th, at FNAC stores for the concerts on Sunday. Both shows are open to the public. Ticket prices are 100 Euros for G.A. and 130 euros for VIP.
Here is a link for TICKETS, but if anyone has a better more clear link, just let me know and I will update the information. They are scheduled to go on sale 2 P.M., the time in Paris.
UPDATE: I am hearing tix will now be on sale on the web site and store tomorrow October 9th. Tix prices could be higher as well and that could have played into the delay. There will be a 2 ticket limit. As soon as more information becomes available, I will let you know.
Listen, you guys know I dig Prince, and I wish you guys good luck and hope everyone can look out for each other here. He is the ultimate musician, performer, everything, and in the end, it will be all worth it.
You know I have a special place in my black heart for all you Paris people and all of you overseas!

Prince, who was seen yesterday at the Yves Saint Laurent Fashion Show, attended the Chanel Fashion Show at Le Grand Palais.
I was told to let you know he is rocking the Christian Dior shades and still regrets missing Dior’s Fashion Show last Friday.
I am hearing RUMORS and RUMORS only that Prince MAY play somewhere this weekend in Paris. Now, I have heard nothing official at all so take it as a RUMOR for now and if it goes down, I will let you know.
The place I am hearing bout the RUMORED show is La Cigale this weekend. Nothing more n still a RUMOR.

Although he may sing about Christion Dior in one of his newest songs, Prince attended the Yves Saint Laurent Fashion Show in lovely Paris and even the other stars as well as fashion icons were impressed with Prince being there.
Katy Perry was seen trying to get a look at our fav behind a railing as Prince made his way with Bria Valente.
Prince, who Rolling Stone reported was in Los Angeles over the weekend, has been in Paris and is letting his presence be known and has been teasing about upcoming shows in Paris. Now, I am going to let you in on a little rumor I have been hearing later today, but nothing confirmed.

Prince and Bria Valente in Paris. We hear things are starting to heat up between the two singers while in Paris.
They were spotted earlier in the week buying dresses and chocolate, (I mean what else would you buy in such a romantic city?) the two were later seen canoodling at Lenny Kravitz’s sold out concert. Lenny was so taken by Miss Valente, he had to circle back and be introduced a second time. Hmm.
After the concert, Virgin Megastore opened it’s doors after hours so the two could browse the DVD section. A Federico Fellini box set of 5 of his most well-known movies was the winner. After a quick change of clothes, (It’s Prince people!) they ended up dancing the night away at their fave nightclub. (name was asked to be withheld as we are told they plan to return before leaving) The DJ was a good friend since he spun several of Prince & Bria tunes throughout the evening.
They return home this weekend to perform on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno airing May 28th. Some very interesting news to say the least and hope you all enjoy the story and the pics!-Dr.FB

We hear that Bria Valente will be doing an interview with Tavis Smiley this week. The show being recorded will be at a later date.
Tavis Smiley sent an email out about 2 weeks that he would be interviewing Prince at the end of April, although Prince so far has done no interviews on television so far for the LotusFlow3r project and it looks like Tavis will be no exception.
So from what we know and heard, it will be Bria Valente doing an interview with Tavis only. Just wanted to keep you informed and make sure the information we provide is solid.-Dr.FB

Prince’s new 3 cd set Lotus Flow3r debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 with about 168,000 sold, although Hits Magazine had Prince at number 1 with almost 20,000 more copies sold. Keith Urban outsold Prince by 3,000 copies if the numbers stay the same.Hits numbers usually always differ from soundscan, which is what Billboard and the public go by.
We are wondering where those 20,000 copies went or were they not counted. It is an impressive debut but if those 20,000 copies were sold, the CD should be at number 1.
Perhaps what Prince said about the music industry is true and then Bria Valente actually lost the bet….
Billboard is the gold standard. Let me say this; Lotus Flow3er is Prince’s best first week sales since 3121, which debuted at number 1 with over 180,000 sold.
The music industry is everchanging and Prince is still that dude challenging it, 25 years after his first number 1 album on Billboard.
Prince (and Bria), you may not have debuted at number 1 but you are number 1 with us.-Dr.FB
