24 Mar Prince’s Lotusflow3r is About To Explode!
A PRINCE cd back in the day was an event and tonight will be no different.
At 7:07 P.M. PST Lotusflow3r.com goes live and what happens at that time will be “epic”. Everyone should be watching at exactly 7:07 P.M. PST
Prince’s new 3 cd set which includes his new protege will be on Lotusflow3r.com tonight, which is also Prince’s return to the web of having a whole new galaxy for fans to explore.
The long wait will be over for fans as the site is set to debut tonight at 7:07 P.M. Pacific Time The galaxy will include the 3 new cd’s along with 2 new videos from Prince, Crimson & Clover & Chocolate Box and the new one from Bria Valente, Everytime.
Scott Addison Clay shared with us the video for Chocolate Box but instead of describing it, we will wait for you to see it when it debuts tonight. There will be hours and hours of full screen videos and photos. There are also bells and whistles that are unlocked with Prince trivia. You can play the guitar called Sonny named after Sonny T.
Trust me, at 7:07 P.M. tonight, I will have my credit card handy to pay the $77 dollar annual membership fee.

I downloaded all three CD’s, saw the 3 promo vids for each album, and watched the LIVE footage goodies too with no problem. has anyone seen the locked stuff on the site that is “unlocked” with Prince trivia yet?

But I am sure my CC is 100% OK.
I tried twice, but the same thing happened.
Now – after I tried for the 3rd time – I am waiting for nearly an hour with this information on my screen: “Verifying your information”. How long should I wait? Hass my CC being charged? I am afraid to try again!
Will they refund if they charged the CC twice?

Posted at 23:12h, 24 Marchfeel extraordinarily lucky…..we got in (yes it was a bit glitchy and we had to switch over to firefox) but then we got tickets pretty easily (at least it seems we did – no receipts til tomorrow I guess). Anyway, we were also able to download the cds into itunes – all seems fine….but all before 7:30 – when the site seemed to really bog down. Thank you God!!!! and Prince and Scott….and Dr. F!

Posted at 22:43h, 24 Marchto “DC”, make sure your download completed and it didn’t just time out (and stop). The downloads are pretty huge, so when you go to extract your download you should definitely have files to extract.

Posted at 22:41h, 24 MarchNo real problems getting into the site – clues to unlocking the site were easy enough to find, site accepted the first name I chose, and the site processed my transaction quickly. Loved the graphic flourishes. Even quickly guessed the Love Symbol tab would be the place to buy tickets. Quickly signed up for 2 tickets to the Friday Leno taping. And then the troubles began.
Tried first to purchase a ticket for the Nokia Theater show. The site told me there was a problem processing my request, and to check my credit card info. The credit card I had just used to successfully join. Fearing they were already sold out, I tried the Club Nokia show. Same problem. I re-entered my card info. Same problem. After a few more attempts, the site says congrats, my Club show purchase has been completed successfully. Relieved, I try the Theater show again. The site says sorry, you have already purchased tickets for this show. Whaaa…?
That’s when I notice the site’s 2 most immediately glaring ommissions: no Purchase History link, and no Customer Service link. So unless I get a confirmation email soon (nothing so far), I’ll have to wait until the charges show up on my bank’s website. Then I’ll know how many tickets I paid for. I just won’t know to which shows.

Rediculous it is for it to start out in January promising something hot, then to wait till now, to get it, and sh*t don’t even work. Come On, Scott, Prince, whoever is in charge here, step your game up
